Formally known as the College Assistance Program, the employee assistance program is designed to provide a confidential service to faculty, staff, and their family members with personal problems.
Employees may self-refer to the program by simply contacting the Madison Center and identifying yourself as a Saint Mary’s College employee or dependent of a Saint Mary’s College employee. Confidentiality is one of the most important aspects of the program. The College is never notified of the specific individuals participating in the program. Only the number of participants is provided to the College.
The program provides ten sessions of counseling per family member during the fiscal year, which runs from June through May. A $20 co-payment is required by the participant.
