Applying for Aid: Transfer Checklist

 

Transfer students are considered for need-based scholarship awards, grant assistance, campus employment and student loans. The Saint Mary's College Financial Aid Office requires students to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the CSS/Financial Aid PROFILE application annually in order to be considered for financial aid.

  • These applications must be received by the processor by May 15 to receive priority consideration for institutional aid.
  • To receive consideration for Indiana state grant assistance, the FAFSA must be received by the processor by March 10.
  • When asked for income information, you may use estimated amounts if your tax returns have not yet been completed.
PROFILE INSTRUCTIONS

• Complete the PROFILE application on-line at: http://profileonline.cbreston.org/.

• The Saint Mary's school code for the PROFILE is 1702.

FAFSA INSTRUCTIONS

• Complete the FAFSA application as soon as possible after January 1, but before the May 15 priority deadline (March 10 for state grant assistance).

• The federal school code for Saint Mary's is 001836.

• You may complete the FAFSA on the Web at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
