The Department of Residence Life & Community Standards (DRLCS) supports the mission of Saint Mary’s College by creating a safe and inclusive community that promotes the personal growth and success of each student through intentional programming, showing personal attention to student needs, and upholding our community standards.

Working as a Resident Advisor at Saint Mary's College provides upperclass students with the unique opportunity to work closely with departmental professional staff while living amongst their peers and creating a sense of community in the residence halls.
