Dear Parents and Guests of Graduating Seniors:

It is time to begin planning for the 2010 Commencement Weekend!  Saint Mary’s offers housing in Le Mans and Holy Cross Halls on a first-come, first-served basis. Singles, doubles, triples and quads are available.  The prices are as follows:

Single Room: $38.00 per night
Double Room: $46.00 per night
Triple Room: $50.00 per night
Quad: $61.00 per night

All rooms have standard twin size beds.  Each person will be provided with one set of linens (one set of sheets, towels, blanket, and pillow).  We have very few single rooms available and even fewer rooms with attached baths.  These rooms will be reserved for guests with serious medical needs.

If you would like to reserve housing, please complete the Commencement Housing Form by Friday, April 16, 2010.  Full payment must be received by April 16, 2010.  Payments may be mailed or delivered to our office in the form of a Cashier’s or personal check made payable to Saint Mary’s College.  Refunds will not be issued after Friday, April 23, 2010. 

Your canceled check is confirmation of your reservation.  Actual room assignments will be mailed the first full week of May.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at (574) 284-4522.

Dear Non-graduating Students:

If you plan to stay in the halls for a college-sponsored activity, you need to contact your sponsoring department/organization to make sure that this is communicated to us by April 12, 2010.

All other non-graduating students who wish to stay in their rooms may do so by filling out the Senior Week Housing Form. The form and payment must be received in our office by 4:00pm on April 12, 2010.  All checks should be made payable to Saint Mary’s College. Refunds will not be issued after Friday, April 23, 2010.
