The Office for Civic and Social Engagement invites area crafters and artists to apply to the 2011 Christmas Craft Show to be held on December 9th from 12:00 noon until 6:00 PM at Saint Mary’s College.

Our craft show highlights 100% handcrafted items and the vendor fee directly supports the 12 Days of Christmas Program. The fee per 8' table is $50. Vendors will be located in the Reignbeaux and Stapleton Lounges of Le Mans Hall in the center of the Saint Mary's College campus.
Our Craft Show has been redesigned this year to provide for more room for a variety of vendors. Clear signs and advance PR will direct visitors to and inform them of the various types of vendors. Please note: if you would like to sell your wares at the show, we welcome you. However, a range of prices is strongly suggested. The audience for the fair will be college studnets, college/university staff and faculty, and community members.
This event marks the close of the college’s 12 Days of Christmas program which collects funds, food, and gifts for area families in need. In 2010 the college provided holiday gifts and necessities to over 100 adults and children. Individuals and families are selected through area organizations such as the Salvation Army, REAL Services, Catholic Charities and our partner Title 1 schools.
Applications are available above and the mail-in information is included on the registration form. Please remember that "first received, first reserved" and we reserve the right to exclude any vendor who we feel does not meet the standards of the show. Space is liimited and we encourage you to send in your registration in advance of the deadline.
