The OCSE resides within the Division for Mission of Saint Mary's College. Our programming is built on the three legs of Catholic Social Teaching, the writings and reflections of Blessed Father Anthony Basil Moreau, CSC (founder of the Family of Holy Cross), and the mission of the Sisters of the Holy Cross. Through all we do, the OCSE attempts to speak for the voiceless, practice solidarity, and live the Gospel through acts of love.
