Develop your appreciation and analysis of film and learn to evaluate film in a sophisticated way with a minor in Film Studies. By taking courses in several departments including Art, English, History, Theatre, Sociology, and Communication Studies, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of film production and the impact of film on viewers and society. The program aims to make students more perceptive and knowledgeable viewers and critics of the films of the past and of the future.
