ElEd major requirements


The degree offered through the Education department is the Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in Elementary Education. Students may choose to add a college minor or certification area. Minors and certification areas offered through the Education department include Early Childhood Education Pre K-2, English as a New Language and Bicultural Education, Reading, Middle School, Secondary Education, High School for Visual Arts and Music, Middle School for Visual Arts and Music, Elementary School for Visual Arts and Music, K-12 for Music, and K-12 for Art.
