Grammar Day!

March 4, 2011 was National Grammar Day, but we decided to celebrate all month.  Our flyers around campus had examples of grammar quandaries and many participated in our Grammar Day contest. 

Kristin Cashore, author of Graceling and Fire, visited Saint Mary's College

Approximately thirty people attended Kristin Cashore's lecture and reading in Haggar College Center in October 2010. Cashore, author of the New York Times bestsellers Graceling and Fire, later said she enjoyed the questions from the audience and even gave a few hints as to the plot of her next novel, Bitterblue.  To learn more about Cashore and her visit to our region, visit her website.
