As a senior (2010): Team Co-Captain... posted five PRs during final season... broke the 21 minute mark in a 5k for first time with a 20:50 at the Calvin Invitational... set PRs in each of the final four 6k races of her career with fastest time coming at the MIAA Championship (25:26.6)

As a junior (2009): Set four new collegiate PRs - two 5ks and two 6ks... had back-to-back 5k PRs at the Calvin Invitational (21:32.5) and the MIAA Jamboree (21:16)... also had back-to-back 6k PRs in the next two races with a 27:43 at the Gibson Family Invitational and a 26:18 at the Manchester Invitational

As a sophomore (2008): Turned in best 5k of the season at the Calvin Invitational with a 23:20... set a new collegiate PR for a 6k race with a 27:54 at the Manchester Invitational

As a freshman (2007): Ran her best 5k of the season at the Manchester Invitational with a time of 22:17 after improving times in two of the previous three 5k races... posted her fastest 6k time of the year at Benedictine with a 28:50
