As a senior (2010): Team co-captain... had a new 5k PR at the Sean Earl Invitational as well as back-to-back PRs in 6ks at the Manchester Invitational and the MIAA Championship... ran a 20:10 at the Sean Earl Invite... turned in a 24:09.7 at Manchester before running a sub-24 minute 6k at the MIAA Championship with a 23:56.4... competed in all nine races of the year

As a junior (2009): Took fifteen seconds off her previous collegiate 5k PR with a 20:14.9 at the Calvin Invitational... once again competed in every race of the season, including the NCAA Regional... ran a season-best 6k at Manchester with a 24:59

As a sophomore (2008): Set a new collegiate 5k PR at the Calvin Invitational with a 20:30... competed in all eight races of the year... fastest 6k time of the season was a 24:36 at the Manchester Invitational

As a freshman (2007): Improved her 5k time twice from the first race of the year... best 5k time came at the Sean Earl Invitational (20:54)... had the third-fastest time for the Belles at the NCAA Regional with a 24:14.8 at the 6k race
