Lacrosse Club

The Irish-Belles club lacrosse team competes in the Women's Collegiate Lacrosse League.  The team exists as a Saint Mary's club which admits Notre Dame students.  The team organizes workouts in the fall and competes during the spring semester.

This year, more than 70 young women tried out for the Irish-Belles lacrosse team.  With more than 20 representatives of both Saint Mary's and Notre Dame competing on the team this year, the Irish-Belles hope to have their most successful season to date!

March:
24- Play day at Marquette University
             at Marquette - W, 15-9
             vs Lake Forest - W, 10-9 (OT)
             vs Wheaton - W, 15-6
27- Game at Hope
             at Hope - L, 13-6
31- Home games against Kalamazoo and Purdue
             vs Kalamazoo - W, 15-3
             vs Purdue - W, 15-6

April:
3- Home game against Taylor
10-game at Calvin
14- Play day at Butler
     vs Butler/Rose Hullman/ Eastern Illinois
