Chargers Defeat Belles in Dual Meet

HILLSDALE, Mich. - Facing their second NCAA Division II opponent in just over a week, the Saint Mary's Colllege swimming and diving team lost to Hillsdale College by a 167-64 score on Saturday afternoon.

Kate Orbon had one of the highest individual finishes of the afternoon by taking second in the 200 yard freestyle relay with a time of 2:04.24.  Leah Bocinsky also finished second in the 1 meter and 3 meter diving competitions.  In the 3 meter event, she had a season-best 200.40.

The Belles will host Kalamazoo College this Friday, January 30 along with Wabash College at Rolfs Aquatic Center.  The meet is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m.
