Belles Finished Tied for Third at TSU Invitational

FORT WAYNE, IN – At Brookwood Country Club on Saturday afternoon Saint Mary’s fired a 351 to finish tied for third with St. Francis (IL) during the Tri-State Spring Invitational.

Bethel (IN) won the team event with a 317 while Brooke Gilbert, also from Bethel, carded a 75 to take individual medalist honors.

Rosie O’Conner fired a team best 84 to lead the Belles attack and finish tied for ninth overall. Emily Gore recorded an 87 to place 11th.

Katie O’Brien and Perri Hamma each notch a round of 90. Rounding out the scorers for the Belles was Meredith Fantom with a 92.

Competing as individuals, Michelle Hird carded a 91 while Katie McInerney and Megan Lehr tallied a 96 and 98 respectively.
